The official website of APEC 2023 has launched, publishing information about the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting — with MEBO Group listed as an important partner. APEC and its 21 member economies share a vision of an open, dynamic, resilient, and peaceful Asia-Pacific community by 2040, pursued through three drivers: trade and investment; innovation and digitalization; and strong, balanced, secure, sustainable, and inclusive growth.
From November 12–18, 2023, the APEC Summit brings thought leaders and stakeholders together with political leaders around three policy priorities: building a resilient, interconnected region that promotes broad economic prosperity; creating an innovative environment for a sustainable future; and working toward an equitable and inclusive future.
In 2023, MEBO Group became an APEC corporate partner and organizing committee member, and MEBO Group Chairman Kevin Xu became Chair of the APEC working group at co-organizer Bay Area Council, launching a series of actions to help more people participate in APEC in different ways. MEBO Group, together with the Marina Times and Entrepreneur, has officially launched the 'APEC 2023 Dialogue' project — an interview series bringing APEC closer to everyday life and fostering dialogue and cooperation across the Asia-Pacific in richer formats.
MEBO Group hopes the 'APEC 2023 Dialogue' series will provide a more accessible civic platform for exchange, generating new thinking and solutions to the problems we face today — not only in the Asia-Pacific but around the world.
