Dr. Maruis, director of the children's hospital, welcomed the introduction to MEBO's regenerative medical technology, noting that Panama and Latin America greatly need this simple, economical, and efficient approach to burns and wounds. Minister of Commerce Nestor González, Farmazona President Giovanni Ferrari, and Free Zone General Manager Fernando Cordero presented Panama's advantages as a world logistics hub and warmly welcomed MEBO's business and public-welfare activities. Carlos Rudy, Director of the International Humanitarian Assistance Center — one of only five such large facilities worldwide, hosting the International Red Cross and a UN humanitarian depot — explained how its duty-free status and simplified logistics make it ideal for joint relief operations.

The visit exceeded expectations: in total, Kevin Xu held talks with the Chinese Ambassador, two federal ministers, a globally significant humanitarian center, two hospitals, the world's second-largest free trade zone, and a 60-year-old warehousing and distribution company. The parties reached intentions of cooperation and will sign memoranda to launch in Panama the UN 'Every Woman Every Child' Regenerative Life Action and Belt and Road physician training in regenerative medical technology — and, together with the Clinton Foundation, a refugee relief network plan for Latin America.
